The Murder City Devils Twitter just alerted me to the fact that you can preorder vinyl reissues of the band's complete catalog. I wasn't even aware the reissues were coming out until just now. Black-and-white marbled vinyl, no less!
Further poking around their Web site has turned up a contest to win the super-limited-edition Feather Bed Whisky Blanket box set, which includes all four albums on white vinyl packaged with "one of a kind photos and other exclusive items." The 275 hand-numbered sets will only be sold during the band's west-coast tour next month, which means that for midwesterners, getting a copy means a) winning the contest, b) flying out to the west coast for a show, or c) paying probably as much as a plane ticket to the west coast for one of the sets that'll no doubt turn up on eBay.
